南宁号驱逐舰是中国设计和制造的第一代051型导弹驱逐舰，1979年3月23日服役于中国人民解放军海军南海舰队。2012年12月退役后，交付自然资源部南海局下属的中国海监南海总队。为支持防城港市的国防教育和爱国主义建设，2021年7月23日，自然资源部南海局与防城港市人民政府举行交接仪式，将南宁号驱逐舰赠送给防城港市。10月2日，南宁号从广州港抵达防城港马鞍岭旅游码头，正式“安家”防城港。 - Strange Rocky Beach
